"Loved the warm welcome drink and hospitality. The grounds are beautiful and our room was over the top with all natural wood and stone decor. Our surname posted on the front door was a nice personalized touch! We loved the balcony hammock and jacuzzi tub, fireplace, and bathroom waterfall! Access to La Paz Waterfall Gardens for a huge aviary, exotic wildlife and gorgeous waterfalls. The property is terraced on a hill so lots of stairs."

"It's very out of the way, a little hard to find, but beautiful. Not fancy, clean, rustic. Cute. Great breakfast. Only one restaurant close by, but they told us that the other restaurants deliver. There is a 'kitchenette' in the room, so you can bring some groceries if you like. Or reheat leftovers. "

"The staff was incredibly welcoming and hospitable. I have never been greeted with such open arms and taken care of after all the staff was done for the evening. They came out and cooked me and my two colleagues and wonderful meal and delighted us with stories and suggestions for activities. A must stay if coming to the area!"

"Great hotel. German college interns always available and very helpful. Only drawback, nobody, including cab drivers, could find this place. We stayed 2 nights and BOTH nights we journeyed out only to find that taxi drivers had no idea where this place was and that was AFTER showing them the address card that the hotel had given us. "Owner was very friendly and accommodating. Helped us with seeing wildlife in the surrounding rain forest. He delivered our daily breakfasts with his car…..a short drive from his house to our cabin. Refreshed our sit-in pool during our stay. Upon our request….gave us coffee for the coffee maker. Very friendly owner…..enjoyed chatting about wildlife!"

"På grund af vejens beskaffenhed nåede vi ikke op til hotellet. Det var en meget bumpet og til tider oversvømmet tilkørselsvej, så vores lokale chauffør nægtede at køre os. Vi valgte derfor at blive på “hovedvejen” og endte med at sove i Grecia, den nærmeste by. Alt endte således godt, fordi vi blev adopteret af en lokal. Hotellet kan kun anbefales til rejsende med en meget kraftig 4-hjulstrækker. "

"Beautiful outdoor setting at the top of the hill, with beautiful blue pool and string lights. Great views of the surrounding area and nature. The cottages are clean and well done. Surrounded by nature. Good restaurant. We had pesto pasta with shrimps, and garlic shrimp. Strawberry daiquiri was also great. The bike park and high end bike rentals sound awesome. "Very clean modern hotel near the airport. Checks all of the boxes of what you need and would expect from a place to stay at to end your trip and be ready to go the airport the next day. Dinner at the hotel was good but, unsurprisingly, rather dull and less enjoyable than what we had the rest of our trip. Breakfast is very expensive ($28 p/p I think - ask staff to confirm). Could get by cheaper at the airport if you have an earlier flight. "

"The hotel was easily accessible from the airport (just 25 minute drive) yet far enough away to feel one with nature. The room was large with a great view and all the staff were very pleasant. We will be back again the night before flying home"
