"Upon arrival.. the property floors was covered in dust and debris. The sheets and pillows on the bed in the master bedroom was filthy and had a terrible smell of a man body odor. Master bathroom smell like old urine and the mirror had white spots on it. Both master bathroom rugs was dirty and had black debri on them. The light kept going on and off the entire evening and night, however Vigilio and his assistant was very prompt in taking care of this discrepancy. "Wow!!!!! Just wow!!!! This trip was such an amazing experience from the minute I walked in. I was dropped off with the taxi boat and came off to a beautiful piece of paradise!! I was welcomed with smiles and such kindness. I came on this trip alone but met such beautiful people and was never a dull moment. Andrea, Shari,Silvia,Juan, Joanni , maynor we’re so attentive and made me feel at home on this trip. They made sure we were all having a good time. They created such a beautiful environment here where I felt we were all just part of the same community. I loved the family dinners they coordinated that brought people together with great conversation, good food and fun games. We drank and laughed the night away. The only down side was no Ac but a jump in the pool and a cold beverage is just what you need. the night breeze and fan was just right to sleep comfortably. I was sad to go but will definitely be coming back. Thank you guys again can’t wait to see you again"
