"The hosts are very friendly and helpful. I had a minor issue in my room and Olivia responded right away and dealt with the issue even though it was later in the evening. Lots of wildlife around! The caretakers were very hospitable and available to help with whatever you needed help with. My husband and I received a massage from their recommended massage therapist and it was wonderful! "One of the most extraordinary places we visited during our stay in Panama. If the noisy, smelly and crowded Bocas Town is not for you (as well), then definitely check out the Al Natural Residence and/or resort. Away from anything else, in the middle of nature, beaches and gorgeous sealife! The residence was just perfect, with stunning views over the ocean and the jungle. Highly recommended!"
