"Very clean and modern apartments. gated entry with key fob access. Apartments were spacious and very clean. Balcony terrace was a bonus. only negative was the front desk/concierge did not speak English. So communicating was difficult especially when trying to seek assistance with directions to local sites and to the airport when leaving."

"This is a really good little Aparthotel. It’s a bit out the way and tbh the immediate area is not great, but the tram lines are right outside so you can get anywhere you want to go on that. My only complaint is that they offer 2-4-1 on Subway with the Apartments app, but when I went to Subway they didn’t know anything about this deal and I had to pay for 2 sandwiches. They need to sort that out! "

The bathroom, and in particular the shower, was great and it was overall very comfortable. "Very helpful staff. There is a washer dryer in the lobby for guests to use. Ask for a room with a window. The hotel is in a complex that has private apartments and offices so your room may overlook an interior space. Also, once you figure out the access codes, it is simple."

"Just got back from a 4 night stay at nova apartments. 6 adults & one teenager. We had a 3 bedroom apartment. The apartment was spacious & clean & central to everything. There are lots of bars & restaurants near the hotel most staying open till the early hours. The staff on reception were friendly & ready to help with anything we needed.
