"When we arrived they couldn't find our reservation booking, so we had to wait very long time, the receptionist didn't explain anything about the facilities of the Hotel, no instructions at all plus very unfriendly. The hotel is ok for a max 4 Stars but definitely not a Luxury 5 Stars Hotel, the 1st few days the cleaning wasnt good at all, after complaining it improved a lot! "We stayed in a 2 bedroom bungalow which was spacious and clean. However as we were on the ground floor we had no view which was a shame. The bedrooms were air conditioned but the living room was not which meant we did not really use it. The air conditioning controls for the bedrooms were rather complicated and difficult to find the setting we needed.
