"The location was perfect for our 2-night Houston stay. We visited Rice, which was very convenient. There are many good restaurants within a 10-minute drive, and we walked to Hermann Park. The condo had everything we needed and was quite clean and comfortable. We enjoyed visiting the rooftop deck for the view. While the unit has a small patio, there are no chairs. "Facility was nice. DRIFTRS, the management company, is really bad. We were there for 4 days. Upon arrival we noticed no toilet paper and half the light bulbs burned out. The place was so dark I needed a flashlight to use the kitchen. We reported these issues immediately. They told us to use kitchen paper towels as toilet paper and did not respond to all the burned out light bulbs. We woke up every morning with the apartment hot and stuffy. "My mother needed to do 10 treatments over 3 weeks and this condo was perfect! It was a great location because it was only 1.4 miles from MD Anderson Radiation Center. So we literally could leave 45 mins before appt and have time to get there, park and walk in and still be 15 mins early. We completely felt safe also at the location. "We had a nice one night stay and the bed was very comfortable! The neighborhood was much quieter than we thought it would be. I did have to put the air fresheners in the laundry room though due to artificial fragrance sensitivity but that’s just me. Overall a great place to stay!"

"We went to Houston for the college classic baseball tournament and needed a spot for one night with friends. Location is better for NRG than downtown but the drive was only 15 minutes away. Not bad at all. Place was very clean and checkin directions very easy."

"We needed a couple of days/nights to be somewhere while our home had no power/internet after hurricane Beryl. Property was as described and host responded quickly to any messaging, though we didn't need anything. Had what we needed for these couple of days and we enjoyed one night in the pool. Good proximity to the med center for those who may need that."

"Great safe location. The only thing I wasn't satisfied about is the refrigerator that's in the room. It puts a new meaning to "mini". You can't even put a 6 pack of drinks in it. "
