"The house accommodated my family of 17 family members needs. Location was great. Beautiful with so many amenities, so clean, and organized. Owner was helpful during an onset snowstorm where power went out for short time. Will definitely stay here again when needed for visits to Charles City. Very kid friendly! "

"Justin was super polite and friendly and both he and the woman in the morning were very accommodating to my needs for my daughter’s wedding cake and provided a place to keep it cold until the wedding. Justin also made sure that I could grab a snack of cereal for my 5 year old grandson when the vending machine was not work. Above and beyond for the whole staff starting with Justin on check in and the ladies Saturday morning asking about how the wedding went. I am so very happy to have stayed in your hotel. Aces all the way around!!!!"

"Wow, fantastic view, lots of glass on the lake side. The photos on VRBO well represent the property. Great and prompt communication with the Host, lives nearby. Spacious Great Room, multiple internet TV’s in different locations, kitchen well set up with space for several to be working on dinner at the sams timd. Percect for a 5 or 6 posdaon Quilt Retrear."
