"The house was in a lovely location, very peaceful and spacious. As the website points out, it is an old Victorian house, quirky but functionsed well for our family, and warm without the need to light the stove. We loved the dining room table complete with candles"

"We all immediately felt relaxed upon walking through the door. The place just has a cozy feel. Would recommend to anyone that's looking to decompress and just hang out. You must go to Puck's Glen though, which will be more than enough exercise for your stay."

"We booked a 4 night stay for 12 people , the house was stunning , exceptionally clean, very spacious . Ideal location for walking , paddle boarding and relaxing . The Christmas decorations, log fires and the lovely touches throughout made our stay more perfect . We have rebooked for next year ."

We did however have to vacate one of the rooms due to a problem with bees, however the owners were very lovely, easy to contact, and did everything they could to help us with this.
