"The hotel is in a central, but quiet location. The staff were really friendly and helpful, giving good advice on restaurants. The room was spacious and well equipped and had lovely crisp bed linen and soft, fluffy towels. The breakfast was amazing, don't miss it."

"Absolutely loved staying here. The hotel is so nicely decorated and styled, the staff are wonderful and it is in such a great location. Would wholey recommend to anyone looking for Innsbruck accommodation. Don't miss the Welcome Card on offer too, depending on your length of stay you get perks. "Very friendly staff who were accommodating, helpful, and welcoming. The hotel is situated at the heart of the town center which made it easy to come and go. It’s extremely clean and modern. "The staff was lovely, the included breakfast Very Good (especially the fresh orange Juice) and the hotel itself very comfortable. Being just inside the Old city was perfect. Only a mile from the train station, a quick €11 ride. "

"The room was clean and the kitchenette had everything we needed! The apartment also had bikes we could borrow, an espresso machine on the lobby, and a small gym with a sauna in the basement. The location was great for our needs but any restaurants or stores are a 10 minute walk away. The staff were all friendly and helpful. We would absolutely stay again! "

"Fantastic location, walking distance to airport if you like a hike. Good options for breakfast. Nice room, lovely bathroom. Needed more hangers. Would have been nice to have been given more information by reception. A warmer welcome, to be told robes and slippers are supplied by reception, how would we know otherwise? Waiters & waitresses were all great. Spa opening at 3pm was a bit disappointing, though I understand why, and good it's open till 9pm. Steam & sauna working properly."
