This expansive private lot has a deck with slide in Hot Tub, Fire Pit and Regulation Size Volleyball Net!

A Patio leading to a large firepit area gives your friends and family the perfect spot to enjoy the outdoors during the day and enjoy some beverages or roast some marshmallows in the evenings! Plenty of fun for all ages!

Only a 10 min drive to the sandy shores of Innisfil Beach Park, this is the perfect Retreat to escape from it all!

Things you will love in our cozy bungalow:

4 large bedrooms, 4 queen beds
2 full kitchens, upper and lower
2 living room areas with large sectional sofas and Tv's
2 full bathrooms, 1 upper, 1 lower
3 dining areas, 2 upper, 1 lower

You will love your outdoor space! It Features :

- Hot Tub, slide in from deck or stairs
- Firepit (firewood provided), 6 Muskoka chairs + 4 extra foldable chairs
- Regulation size volleyball court w/ ball
- Hammock
- Deck with seating area and BBQ
- Large pond and plenty of green space to become one with nature
