"It is a rustic place to stay with a gorgeous view. We felt safe. Our dinner was fantastic with an exceptionally attentive waitress. She was the ONLY waitress, w/ a fairly full dining area. There was not a long wait for our dinners. Room was not modern but so much better than camping. "

"I rented this classic Adirondack home so my mother could spend time under one roof with her six grandchildren. The interior is classic Adirondack style and fit all of us comfortably. The location is great - a couple minute drive into the quaint town of Inlet and 15 minutes from Old Forge where we went to Water Safari. While visiting we had buck and baby black bear sightings. I’d highly recommend this home for a stay up in the Adirondacks. "

"Check in was great with Betsy. Upon arrival at our cabin, we noticed the place was not clean. Showers, tubs, floors were not clean. I called Betsy and sent her pictures. She wasn’t able to send someone out till the next day. The place needed to be cleaned before we could move in, shower and enjoy our stay. I spent the evening cleaning on my vacation. "The pictures do not do the property justice. Lots of room in both cabins. With dining and kitchen areas in both, had coffee maker and Keurig's in both buildings as well. And more important than the Lake being close, the ice cream shop is closer!! Also, a nice souvenir shop, restaurant and landmark Donut Shop are within walking distance as well. We look forward to staying here again, but are hoping this review doesn't cause it to be booked when we plan our next trip."
