"Beautiful hotel with an interesting history. Rooms and service were both excellent, it’s a short walk to the shopping area or outside restaurants. Restaurants in hotel were very good, with a wonderful bar area. "

"The host Drazen was fantastic. Very warm welcome and the place was immaculate. The breakfast is novel and enjoyable (including the very tasty and numerous options), you sit around the table with other guests and chat.. actually chat! I found it very easy to get to as the local square tram stops serve the majority of the city , so you cannot get lost "

"Hotel is conveniently located about 5 minutes walk from main train station, main bus station was about a 20 minute walk. Close to a tram stop at the train station which made it easy to use public transportation around the city. Also, very walkable to main tourist attractions, 10-15 minutes. Staff was very friendly & helpful. Room was comfortable & clean, good hot shower. Breakfast included was great, many choices & tasty. "

"What was unique about this was me and my wife were about 3 minutes late to the breakfast area, the hours were like around 8am to 10 am. Although we were a bit late there was a guy there who looked Indian , and he was very nice to us and had let us finish our breakfast in peace and even told us not to forget to have something to drink before we left. I feel like this was very excellent customer service. I give this hotel an overall 10/10 ⭐️ and I recommend it as it has great service all around"
