"This cottage was all we hoped it would be and more! It was clean, cozy and comfortable and perfectly located for the things we wanted to do in the Doolin area. The ocean view is spectacular! Our host Ann was very friendly and helpful, and truly went above and beyond what we normally experience when renting a property."

"The cottage is located in an area where you can discover many beautiful areas by car. The cottage has all the bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom and living room on the ground floor. The upper floor is locked. It is a bit damp so bring your thick socks. Electricity was a bit of a hassle for us but there was 2 euro coins provided for us to use in the meter. There are electric blankets in the bed to help with the dampness. Not really sure if the water is drinkable. Martin the owner said it is but we...

"We absolutely loved the location of this property!! It is isolated, surrounded by the ocean inlets. Be prepared for the narrow roads and the one lane dirt road that brings you out on the island. It is not modern, but we were not looking for modern. We had everything we needed for our 6 day stay and enjoyed it immensely."

"From the moment we walked in, we were in love with this lovely home. As hosts, they thought of everything!! You will feel spoiled and pampered when you stay here. In the refrigerator, we were gifted local smoked salmon, Irish cheese, Irish crackers, fresh eggs, milk and juice. There were real wool throw blankets curled up next to the over stocked fireplace. "The location of this property was ideal from quick access to Galway to the very good restaurants and pubs within a 10 min walk. The property is on the smaller size, perfect for my wife and I, but would also be ok with adding 2 children. Yvonne was fantastic! We would definitely recommend!"

"Stunning views from this beautiful updated home overlooking the fields of green, farms with sheep and cattle, the Burren and the Atlantic. Short drive into Doolin for dinner/lunch…both delicious, Russels and McDermotts Pub..recommended! Heading in to property from Lisdoonvarna on the very narrow…essentially single car road..I thought..oh my what have I done..we are truly isolated here, however once we arrived we were relieved to find that Doolin is only an EASY 4 mile drive away. Fortunately...
