Fantastic location right in the centre of town, but tucked away from the main street with beautiful view across the cascades. Hot tub and pool area was very clean and well run, room was generously sized and breakfast was really great with a fantastic selection of fresh and tasty food. Great hotel, highly recommended.

I cant gush enough about this hotel. From the moment you pull up and see the beautiful falls the property draws you in. We went at Christmastime and the building was incredibly decorated inside and out. The main building and amenities have been nicely updated and even though the rooms are clearly older I think they are still very pretty and well appointed.

Unique historic hotel by the falls. Once owned by the McNamara landlord family of whom Dylan Thomas's wife Caitín was a member. Powered by its own hydroelectric plant, making it a truly eco friendly place. Irish breakfast buffet can't be beat. A lovely, grand old hotel, that is showing her age just a wee little bit. My room wasn’t anything special, but it was very comfortable and clean, and the hotel’s location can’t be beat. After all, it’s only a couple hundred meters from the high street, and it’s right along the river near the falls and walking paths… and donkeys!
