"This property was extremely convenient for travel back into Munich. It is literally 100m from a U-Bahn station which takes you right into Munich. The kitchen had no extras - no coffee pods, tea bags, cutlery or plates - not much use for somewhere claiming to be an aparthotel. Or is this normal? Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was average."

"Access to the building and to the room are via keypad. The number needed was relayed by email. As I had booked via Hotels.com I had to contact customer services to be able to register with numa. From then on registration and other communication was flawless. Customer service by email during the stay was responsive. However, don't stay without bringing a device with access to email and internet. The appartment was comfortable. There were minor maintenance issues, such as a broken shower...
