"The property was about a ten minute walk to the Royal Mile. It is also located near lots of shopping and dining options. There is a mall located around the corner and a tour bus stop across the street. The steamroom, sauna and pool were very clean and great temperatures."

"We booked the Sheraton Grand as we were going to the Usher Hall that evening. So it was convenient for us & also had on site parking. Everything was excellent about the hotel apart from our check in. Our room was advertised as available from 3pm & we were not able to get into our room as it was not ready for us until 4.20pm. The check in receptionist showed us into the VIP lounge & left us there, it was approx 15 minutes before any of the staff in the lounge asked us if we would like a refreshment. Eventually at 4.15pm I went back to reception & ask if our room was ready & it was. I do wonder how long our room was available & how long the receptionist would have taken to come & let us know the room was now ready for us. That small blip was the only downside we experienced at the Sheraton, everything else was excellent. I would book again if going to Edinburgh."

"We booked this hotel as it was roughly cheapest for one night stay in Edinburgh. Its a 45 min walk into Edinburgh or 10 mins in taxi. Taxi cost us about £10. The room was badic but clean. Shower was powerful and enough clean towels for the 2 of us. There was a freeview tv. Kettle tea and coffee. We had a couple of drinks in bar before heading out. Staff were lovely. "

"Had a very pleasant stay at Cityroomz! The staff were incredibly accommodating, allowing us to check in 4 hours early and storing our baggage all day on our last day. Excellent service and a comfortable experience overall. The room was also clean and had all amenities. Located in a prime location that is walking distance from all attractions. "
