We sat by the fire pit watching the sunset over the water and even did a little fishing from the shore. The property owners were nice as can be and very attentive to our needs. "We had a nice stay overall and tried to enjoy the beautiful weather and scenic surroundings. The canoe experience was definitely a highlight—we really enjoyed paddling down the river and taking in the peaceful nature around us. That said, there were a few things that could be improved. The directions provided through Expedia were inaccurate, and Google Maps led us to the wrong place entirely, which made getting there quite frustrating. "The place was perfect for our family, me my husband and our daughter, the host had everything ready for us at the welcome center with packets of the amenities at the park and in the community which we used! She was super helpful and responsive if we had any questions. The property had everything we needed for a weeks stay. Plus a washer and dryer which made it even better! Also the cabin was very clean (: we can’t wait to come back and book with her again! "
