The kitchen (with Corian counters) opens to the Great Room with floor to ceiling glass for lots of light, a convenient mirrored wet bar, even a cozy fireplace for those cooler evenings. Gated front patio to enjoy also. Master suite boasts two closets and ensuite bathroom with separate tub and shower. Second bedroom is spacious and has access to 3/4 bathroom. One floor - no stairs. Attached garage, security. Montego Circle has 5 pools/spa (2 heated year round) as well as tennis court 300 steps from your door. Secure 24 hour gated entry to neighborhood.

Condo met expectations, some issues but handled well

This listing is dated and in need of some updating in particular the appliances . Dishwasher leaks . Furniture is uncomfortable . It’s unfortunate that you are staying right on the golf course yet are unable to play there . For us , too far from downtown Palm Springs .

Quiet, comfortable spot for a getaway
Well-appointed unit that had all the comforts of home. Loved that we had a partially covered patio to enjoy morning coffee or a glass of wine. Lot's of pools to choose from..and BONUS...a garage! Which is always nice in the desert...cool car in the morning and protection from dust storms. Great location - close to services and restaurants.

The property very well furnished, great location. prior to trip owners very organized with information. Very comfortable accommodations. Nice patio , Great Big Screen T.V. Nice to watch the golfers go by as #15 on the Classic #2 next to the property.

We were very pleased with the property and Gene Cosgrove was very helpful when we had an issue with the HVAC system when we first got there. We easily rectified the problem and had a wonderful stay.

Absolutely amazing!!
This place is amazing. Such a welcoming home with everything you could need. My son loves planes and has been very into military stories so the family history made his day. Almost out ranked going to camp. So many pool options. Beautiful views. Friendly neighbors. Can’t wait to stay here again on our next trip out to the area.

Gene's Place
The property was accurately represented in the online materials. We wanted a place that was on a golf course and the patio faced the fairway near the green on hole #6 Classic 2 Course Bermuda Dunes CC. Was pleasant to sit on the patio in the late afternoon, sipping a glass of wine and not only watch golfers but some fantastic sunsets as well. The home was well equipped and comfortable and included a good deal the owner's memorabilia. He has had a very interesting life. Marty

Comfortable home with awesome patio
Gene's place is a large and comfortable condo whose main attraction is the awesome patio right on the golf course with a great view of the mountains and the sunset. The king bed in the master bedroom was really comfortable, and there was plenty of cookware available to make lunches and dinners. There's a grocery store and several pretty decent restaurants offering pickup within a 10 minute drive. We went to the zoo and to Palm Springs, as well as hiking at Big Morongo and Coachella Valley Preserve - all of which were very drivable. Even some hikes in the south side of Joshua Tree were within a 45 minute drive. I also worked remotely from the condo for 3 days and got decent quality on my video calls, which was a big plus. Overall, this was a great place to relax, explore, and do a little bit of remote work for 10 days.

Had a fantastic stay at this Bermuda Dunes property. Very clean and comfortable house. Neighborhood is guard gated and has many nice pools throughout, and the house is right on a beautiful golf course! The owners were very accomodating and easy to communicate with as well. Highly recommend!
