"No Wi-Fi connection in room. 3 night stay, didn’t get much sleep. Poor installation, could hear everything in adjacent rooms. Packed up in the middle of the 3rd night and drove home. "

This is just a little casita, the size of a studio apartment with a little kitchen (you could describe as an efficiency) but it has everything you need for two people for a few days. Well decorated and well-maintained. Paid the extra for the pool and spa heat and it was lovely and the backyard is very private"

"Nice, quiet, clean and conveniently located to the polo fields. I had a very nice stay. It is a simple, No fuss unit. Host provided little extras that were nice touches ie. bar soap, shampoo conditioner, toothpaste, and coffee creamer. I would love to stay again, the only thing I’d wish it had is a washer and dryer."

"Casita is exactly as shown and described. Dennis the host was great and he has extensive knowledge about the area. Would definitely book again when in the Palm Desert area. Make sure to meet Bruno, he’s a sweetheart!"

"Everything one needed was there. Host always was asking if we needed this or that. I'd say the main short coming is that the room was very small (about 150 sq ft I'd guess) and I wouldn't call a mini fridge and a microwave a kitchenette. But again the hospitality made the stay."

"The studio is simply furnished but had everything we needed. The kitchen is basic and since we didn't plan to cook we were satisfied. If you plan to cook, plan to bring all the condiments you will need. Robert was amazingly responsive to any question or request we had. He was an excellent host. We would definitely stay in the Splash House again."

"Generally I lime this room with full kitchen and laundry, but the room service is so poor , no tea bag and coffee bag refill , nobody clean the bed . "
