"It is a the middle of the mountains and had amazing views on top of being quiet and serene. Great place to just unwind and completely relax or go hiking. We happen to arrive just as snow was falling and just excited us even more. Quiet restaurant with delicious food, a 24 hour convenience store and a bar in one corner that was not overwhelming. Our room was aged but in great shape and super clean. Loved every minute of my stay. I completely unplugged and enjoyed the peace. I have to acknowledged the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. They were all amazing. From Victor and Crystal in the Canyon Restaurant, to Linda in the convenience store and Gabriel the Porter and his sister at the front desk. The other ladies at the front desk were just as amazing. I just didn’t catch their names. They made me and my daughters feel like they’ve always known us. Loved it! "
