"We had a great stay at The River’s Edge. Cabin was exactly as pictured and had everything needed to make our vacation awesome. Location was great, close to Mackinac City, Petoskey and Cheboygan. Enjoyed Indian River also as well as Burt Lake Brewery. We would stay there again! "

"What a lovely home! Nice and spacious! Loved having two bathrooms, and my own bed to sleep in. Loved the location. Would have loved to explore more, but not enough time in the day. Steve was fantastic and really easy to reach, and prompt with his responses ! Plan to stay here again!!!"

"The place is adorable and easy to find. It's very poorly lighted inside making it hard to read, do a puzzle or any handiwork. Everything in the house worked fine and it was appointed very well. The Fish House (Sturgeon Cabin???) however was small, no place to put a suitcase but the floor, very chilly with a wall heater that blows more cold air than warm and took over an hour to just take the cold down to chill. It also had minimal light so the best option was to get in bed fully dressed and go...

"The lodge was overall amazing so much to do and everyone was able to relax and enjoy our time together as a family under one roof. We did share the residence with a mouse which is to be expected this time of year but he kept his distance and we kept ours :-) my favorite was the jukebox that played the classics. Plan on making this our go to for graduation celebrations over the next few years "

"Awesome cabin in an excellent location. Access to fishing right from your docked boat!! All 6 of us had a great weekend. Communication was good. Cabin was clean and comfortable. Fillet station was extremely convenient. Thanks for having us!"

"The location was great, the cottage was well stocked and had everything we needed. The bed was so comfortable- i fell asleep quickly every night and slept 10-11 hours which is amazing for me. The yard was large, flowers pretty, peaceful river you can enjoy. It was so peaceful and comfortable. Things to do for the whole family, or sit back and relax. The hosts were great! We look forward to returning."
