"I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The room was spacious, clean, and incredibly comfortable. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and I appreciated the breakfast options, which included cereal, yogurt, bakery items, waffles, coffee, and both apple and orange juice. Outside property was a mess and looked more like a junk yard than anything resembling accommodations. Filed complaint with VRBO and waiting to hear back about a full refund. "This unit is perfect. We had a later check in, everything was exactly as stated plus plus plus. Our bed was so comfortable there was adjustable features for my husband who is mildly disabled. The washroom OMG amazing walk in shower was HUGE, all the amenities you could ask for. We had asked for a few extras, Alison accommodated as she was able an all around great hostess. Thank you for making our first trip to Alaska a memorable one. "
