"The property was very clean and the check-in process was very simple. The location is also in a good and safe area of Golden. The rating is based on a couple of issues we had: -We were unable to adjust the temperature on the Google thermostat at all. We called the property management company and they said it was controlled by the owner. We asked for it to be turned down, but that never happened and it was extremely warm in the unit with no resolution. -The ceiling fans all had remotes and...

"Very new, very clean, very comfortable. Walking distance to great restaurants and the parking is a must-have! The bed is very comfortable and the apartment is very quiet at night, especially considering how busy the neighborhood is. The only alert I would share is that the neighborhood is very dense/urban and quite dirty with lots of homeless. Just to be aware. "

"The property was perfect! Exactly what was depicted in the listing. I love the industrial style with exposed brick and tall ceilings. Three bedrooms and 2.5 bath was perfect for the five of us. The rooftop patio was a great addition. Couldn’t have asked for a better location. Close to local coffee shops, restaurants, and brewery’s."
