"The management requests a specific time that guests will be checking in. If one is driving from hundreds of miles away, that can be hard to predict, and imposes extra pressure. Once there, check-in was quick and easy. The property is well maintained and housekeeping comes daily to freshen up the room. Reliable lodging for a very reasonable price. Close to restaurants and grocery shopping."

"Gorgeous setting and beautifully stylish rooms made this a wonderful, unique stay. Staff were friendly and let us have a late checkout which was appreciated. Loved the whole vibe. However. Parking lot lights were left on all night which hampered star gazing. Coffee was not available at the stated time, and it was very disappointing to find that there was zero option for breakfast before 10am, and then just a bar room burrito. "

"Everything was great except the pillows. Bring your own or be okay with mildew smell all night. Clean your remote with alcohol, it's gross too. They do have full size refrigerators and the hotel is located next to a grocery store which is super convenient."

"Second time staying here. So quiet and private. We had the place to ourselves. We’ve stayed in #6 and #7. It has a kitchen with basics. We brought enough food and drink for the three nights we were here. We never left. Not much around here so I’d recommend that. Basic food prep things so either plan a simple meal or bring what you need to cook. Pool was cleaned twice while we were here. Cleaning people very kind and helpful. No dedicated front desk. "This was an adorable stable! Either was a stable at one point or modeled after one, complete with the half door. Basic accommodation but clean and comfortable. No washcloths provided with towels and no kitchen linens. No onsite check in—phone ahead for the lock box combination. "

"We booked this place pretty late for Valentine's weekend. I mention that because it's not the typical part of this area that we book places. We usually like to be further away from the main road for quiet, safety, and darker skies. This spot is right downtown JT. "We brought soap and shampoo because from the pictures didn't look like there was any in the bathrooms. We also brought coffee and filters. I should of inquired about these things ahead of time because the house had everything you would need. My husband had difficulty figuring out the Nest thermostat but finally did. For those unfamiliar maybe post instructions. Otherwise, beautifully decorated and comfortable unit. "

"We had a lovely weekend at the Spring resort spa. The accommodations are nice but not luxorius. We had a room with a king bed. No TV in the room. This is not a hotel. No elevator.There are eight or nine rooms on the entire property. They surround a nice pool. There are plenty of outdoor chairs for sitting in the Sun and shade. There is also a hot mineral spring as well as a hot tub. There are additional saunas. There is a nice selection of spa services. The resort is very tranquil. During our stay they were no children. I do not know if this is a formal policy or not. There is no on-site restaurant. We used the location as a jumping off point to do hiking in and around Joshua Tree. Returning to the spa in the afternoon to soak in the pool and the hot tub was lovely. It is well located to drive into Palm springs or other surrounding communities for dinner."

"We had an amazing time at Casablanca. We were a group of 11 and the property worked well for us. The kids loved bouldering in the outdoor space, and the adults enjoyed sitting on the deck around the fire. It is very peaceful and quiet. Check in process is seamless and I appreciated not having a laundry list of chores to do upon checkout."

"The check in was the best we've ever had. I said my name and Clem handed me the cards because he was expecting us. I've never felt so welcome. On a scale of 1-10 I'd give check in an 11. I was super impressed!! Hotel is clean, comfortable and quiet. Bed was super comfy. This was an excellent choice!!! I would stay here again and highly recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay!!"
