"Stayed with my husband and adult daughter. The villa was well appointed and very comfortable. Two bedrooms and two baths and a nice kitchen/living area so we had enough space to share. Nice shaded deck with hammock too. The two pools were well maintained. Lounge chairs and umbrellas at both the pool area and beach. "We have a great time"

"There were 15 people in our group. We had a great time. Albert Bolona, the bartender was the best. The chef, Sam, did an incredible job. The boat ride to and from the island was a little torturous with getting wet. No air conditioning but the breeze always blowing made it manageable."

"Ocean Breeze is a fabulous boutique resort! Everything was impeccable. The view from my cabana was spectacular. I've never felt more taken care of than by the staff and owners of Ocean Breeze. "Great to be right in the water "

"My business partner and I took 8 of our employees to Little Harvest Caye for a weeklong retreat and we just can't say enough how perfect it was! This little island is immaculate. The beds were comfortable, the food and drinks were amazing (thank you Oscar!), and the staff was incredible! "Truly stellar pool with three areas of different depths. This allowed children to play more freely while parents enjoyed the pool. Only complaint was limited food options with highly variable quality. Note this area of Placencia has lots of sea grass and sargassum that washes up on the beaches daily. So depending on your level of comfort swimming in and around it, you may not be able to use the ocean. When it decays it smells heavily of sulfur. "

"We loved our stay. Everything was wonderful from the view to the accommodations. The staff is AMAZING! Vanessa was our favorite as we spent the most time with her. We loved our personalized notes each night as well. The only negative is that the huge balcony only had a small sofa type bench to utilize. Would have loved to have a small table and chairs with a couple lounges. "

"I stayed five nights at Nirvana in mid-April. It’s a great place to stay in Placencia. It’s centrally located in the village and is an easy walk to bars, restaurants, shopping, and the dock from which many excursions depart. I had a first-floor unit with plenty of space, a comfortable bed, and very nice porch. The beach is right outside the front door of the unit. There is a light breakfast on the roof each morning and the staff was very friendly and helpful. I’m already thinking about staying at Nirvana again. "

"Our stay at Maya Beach Hotel was fantastic. The staff were wonderful. They were exceptionaly friendly, responsive, and helpful. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and quiet. The bistro has some of the best food around and their staff are quick, responsive, and friendly. I highly recommend this hotel. You won't find a place that treats you better. "
