"This new building was a great stay. No issues with the place. Owners were very responsive. Location was great just north of all the fun and located on the boardwalk. This was our first time visiting and our friends had several issues with their accomodations but luckily we were trouble free. I would call this place well located, and a safe bet for anyone. "What an amazing place right on the beach. We were the only ones stay at the beach property. Loved the lounge chairs, hammock, kayaks. Had communication problems with the property manager at times. "Gary and Tina have really found a piece of paradise and built it up into a lovely little resort. It is in the middle of the real Belize. Closer to nature than The other locations that I stayed. There were dolphins visible from the dock. The beautiful reef, teeming with fish was a short paddle away. The Belizean cook made creative dinners nightly. Fresh catch of the day was delivered by a local fishermen to the dock. The number and variety of birds was amazing! I’ll be back! "
