"I really can't say enough good things about our experience. My wife and I were traveling with our 1-year old daughter and a lot of baggage. The property itself was prefect for our needs with a short walk into the city center. The place was clean and functional with plenty of space. But above all, it was the staff that stood out - extremely helpful and accommodating. We know exactly where we'll be staying when we next visit Edinburgh!"

"This is student housing. We brought our own pillows from home, which I would recommend. The beds are small, but was fine for us because we were prepared for the size/situation based on other reviews. Bathroom is tiny. Rooms are not cleaned during your stay unless you pay extra. If you have accurate expectations you will enjoy your stay here- the staff was REALLY FRIENDLY and accommodating-- the actual room was as expected, because we were expecting a dorm room! :) "

"This was honestly one of the best bookings we have made on our trip. Location was excellent and lots of room inside. Kitchen was large and an elevator helped with all of our luggage we had to carry. Would 100% recommend you book if you are going to hit up all the sites in Edinburgh and want to have lots of pubs and restaurants close by. "

"We had a terrific time in Edinburgh and choosing this place to stay helped in that immensely. The location to central Royal Mile doesn't get much better. The apartment had everything that you could think of. A full kitchen, coffee/teas, lots of linens, etc. Artisan pizza right next door (3 Blind Mice) was suggested by property and was fantastic as well. "Easy to find and keypads made for easy access. No lift, so we stored our large suitcases at the nearby office. Nicely equipped kitchen with a washer/dryer combo! Low water pressure in shower, hard, uncomfortable bed. All the doors are on auto shut, so each room is isolated from each other; not a warm, welcoming feeling. The place was very new and clean and had a great peek-a-boo view of Edinburgh Castle across the way. "
