\"Finca Alzina\" is located in the countryside, between Inca and Selva, and is the ideal accommodation for a peaceful and relaxing holiday with family or friends. This 240 m² house can accommodate 8 people, as it consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 4 bedrooms (3 with air conditioning) and 3 bathrooms. Additional services include Wi-Fi, fans, air conditioning in the kitchen and living room, a cot and a highchair. From the balcony, as well as from the ground floor, there is an impressive view of the landscape and the mountains. The spacious private outdoor area opens onto a garden with covered terraces where you can have breakfast or enjoy a barbecue dinner with a glass of wine. In addition, the 13x3.5 m salt water pool with a minimum depth of 0.90 and a maximum depth of 1.75 invites you to swim before sunbathing on the loungers. The town of Inca is only 5 minutes by car (2.1 km) from the property, and there you will find all kinds of shops, restaurants and cafes, while the nearest beach, Playa de Muro, is a 25-minute drive (25 km), near Can Picafort. The lively capital of Mallorca, Palma, as well as the airport, are 35 minutes away.
The property is in a quiet area, without noise to be able to rest in which looking out the windows is to see an idyllic landscape. Being only 2 km from Inca, you have all the amenities and services you need. Only 25 km away is the Alcudia water park to spend a day with family and friends. Also in Alcudia is the Sunday market and you can visit the well-known Roman old town. Near the property, only 15 km away, is the \"Serra de Tramuntana\", to be able to enjoy hiking routes through the mountains of the UNESCO World Heritage Site.
