The furnished porch invites you to gather with family and friends for a delicious barbecue. The property is fully fenced, ensuring complete privacy with no direct neighbors. Inside, you'll find a bright and welcoming atmosphere. The kitchen-dining area is equipped with air conditioning, a vitro hob, and all necessary appliances. Enjoy meals or unwind with satellite TV and music. The laundry room provides a washing machine, iron, and ironing board. There are two bedrooms on the same floor: one with a double bed and the other with two single beds, both with wardrobes. A bathroom with a bathtub and bidet completes the layout. If traveling with a baby, a cot and high chair can be provided. The first floor is closed and not accessible. Located near Inca, you'll find supermarkets, restaurants, and traditional cellers serving delicious Majorcan food. Explore the nearby Puig de Santa Magdalena hill or drive to the coast to enjoy beautiful beaches like Can Picafort, Playa de Muro, and Puerto de Alcúdia. Tourist License: ETV/6728 Ecotasa (tourist tax) applies. Rates vary from 0.55€ to 2.2€ per guest per night. Reduced by half after the 9th day. Children under 16 are exempt. No pets or events allowed.
