"We’re lucky enough to travel quite extensively, and we find ourselves back at this delightful Casita for the fourth time. In itself that should be recommendation enough, but in summary the combination of location (both the casita and Sòller) and charming and welcoming hosts make this a repeat for us. There is also the most delightful cat who attends - she seems to get more affectionate by the year and yearns for the attention!"

"Lovely quiet location, A perfect antidote to the crowds. Tomeu very welcoming with some lovely oranges and lemons from his farm, Coming from the Cotswolds we know all about sheep (!) but these were particularly charming with their bells and friendly manner, loved watching them especially during feeding time. Stunning location, only 10 minutes from Fornalutx which is beautiful with lovely restaurants and a beautiful outlook over the mountains. Very much enjoyed driving in the Tramontana...

"Upon arrival at this property, we thought.. ‘wow, we struck gold with this place.’ The views were nothing short but amazing. The house was clean and updated. They had everything we needed. The coolest part is that you’re able to walk down to the beach, and across to the famous Cala Deia restaurant. Too bad it was closed while we were there though, but nonetheless, it was a treat. "Biniaraix was the perfect location for our week’s walking in the Serra de Tramuntana. We could walk straight onto the GR221 from the village and it was also an easy walk into Soller. Ca’n Ferru is a lovely old house with the most stunning terrace giving breathtaking views. It was well equipped with comfortable beds. It’s difficult to park in the village so when we found a space we left the car there and went out on foot. Minor quibble - the listing details need some updating. There is no hot tub...

"The property is not set up well as a rental and although described as rustic requires some investment. The cleanliness was questionable, the pool dirty and a broken toilet seat just added to our disappointment."

"Le lieu de la maison est paisible, calme. La piscine est adaptée pour des adultes mais non pour des enfants qui ne savent pas nager. La douche extérieur est bien. La maison est sale, toile d’araignée, les ustensiles de cuisine sales et gras, il n’y a pas de four. Les lits sont supportables. La douche, le pommeau est cassé, obligé de tenir le pommeau. En ce qui concerne la baignoire en haut dans la chambre, on ne peux pas utiliser le spa, car il ne fonctionne pas, ni de bain car l’évacuation...

"We enjoyed our stay in this villa - it is great if you want the authentic Majorca. The villa was a good size and exceptionally clean and we enjoyed the pool which was large. It was lovely to wake to the sound of the chickens and sheep (and yes even the cockerel!). It was a little way to the more touristy areas but we liked that and the town of Campanet nearby was great for a drink in the evening or a meal if you wished. It was lovely to be so near the mountains and to wake up to that view every...

"We were a large group of 16 comprising four families with young kids (18 months to 9 yes). As mentioned in previous reviews Isabel the host is helpful and quick with her response to pre arrival queries. The check in/out process was also made straight forward by Isabel. On arrival at the villa our expectations were more than met. The elevated location provides beautiful views, the villa itself has lots of lovely spaces for eating and relaxing and is superbly equipped. Cooking for our large group...

"Das Haus ist schön groß und der Garten riesig, aber sehr ungepflegt. Leider wurde die Dachterrasse und der Pool erst am 2./3. Tag nur halbherzig gereinigt (Schade, wenn msn nur 5 Tage da ist. Dabei ist es dort wunderschön. Insgesamt würde dem Haus weniger Plastikblumen, bunte Solarlichter und Duftstäbe gut tun. Zu viel… Wir haben als drei Freundinnen die Zeit dort trotzdem sehr genossen, weil man ungestört eine entspannte Zeit verbringen konnte und von dort tolle Ausflüge in alle Richtungen...
