"We stayed in December, off season. Most of the stores and restaurants were closed, but the grocery stores were open. The property was clean and spacious. The frying pans and spatula need to be replaced, otherwise all in the kitchen was good. The rooms were quite cold when we arrived; the heaters on the ceiling worked ok. There is limited hot water for showers and dishes, and weak water pressure in the shower. The master bedroom has a queen bed with a soft mattress - I loved it, my husband did...

"I have just got back from staying in this wonderful apartment. Amazing location for all the sites and restaurants in Palma. Check-in communication was great, easy to find lock boxes etc. The apartment itself is lovely, clean and fresh. We had it set up so each room had single beds as we are 4 friends and it could equally work as a set up for couples. Roomy and spacious for 4 people. The location, overlooking the sea, the boats, the bay, and beach was excellent and just a little away from the areas of more hustle and bustle. "Perfect location and lovely views. Small complex which wasn’t to busy in September . Large balcony . The apartment was fine. You will need to buy everything as nothing supplied at all. Water would have been a nice touch and maybe some soap . Things to improve . Mattresses so hard. Would stay here again as very reasonable if mattresses replaced. Plenty of places to eat and bus route very close."

"A lovely week in November. Property was quiet and the staff we engaged with were friendly and polite. You need a car really for this one. Only disappointment was no oven in the kitchen as we do self cater but we did manage ok with the hob & microwave. "

"This hotel was lovely, the staff were so accommodating and friendly nothing was too much bother. Each night we ordered take away into the hotel and staff were helpful in making sure we knew where plates and cutlery were. The breakfast buffet was one of the best I’ve seen especially with variety. For a three star hotel it was a lot better than I had expected. It also seems that they are doing some refurbishments which I believe will improve the hotel further. The room we stayed in was perfectly fine, it wasn’t spotless but I’ve stayed in 5 star hotels that were to the same standard. There is a bus stop a minute walk out of the hotel and Ubers from the airport to the hotel wasn’t expensive which was a highlight. Overall if you want to stay somewhere that is cheap and cheerful this place is spot on. We thoroughly enjoyed our trip and as young adults I felt very safe staying here. "
