"The staff were very helpful. We had a problem with our rental car and Francisco took a lot of time and helped us contact various people in the rental company until he found one who could help us. "Great stay at Tra le Mura B&B, easy 10min walk from the train station and walking distance to the main strip, the room was clean and more than enough, bathroom was a little small but manageable. The host Matteo was really lovely, made check in easy. Breakfast on the roof terrace was great with a wide variety of food. Would definitely stay here again!"

"The hotel not that far away from the historical monument (15mins walk) . But the point is there is no pedestrian road and you have to walk on the busy/ danger road with many car passing by. Checkin restricted after 2.30. even if there is staff but they will ignore help you. The place not same as what the photo shows. many thing broken, lack of facilities. "

"A wonderful stay in this beautiful spot. It is very quaint and unique. Mariella and her son Flavio were friendly, attentive, and took great care of us. Flavio speaks perfect English and it was very nice talking to him. The breakfast was served to us on the terrace. It was spectacular with all very fresh and local ingredients. "This place is very remote. Dark to get to at night. Check went as promised except our Canadian credit card wouldn’t work in their payment machine. So ended up paying cash. Property is very cute. I heated pool. We passed on breakfast so can’t comment on that. Room was very clean. Safe. Must have a car. 20 minutes drive to Bari. Peaceful and quiet. "

"It's located in a charming area and the room is well sound proofed. You can faintly hear the church bells from the room but nothing else. The bed is comfy. I wouldn't book this if you have mobility challenges though."

"We stayed in October. The weather was ideal for us. The villa is secluded but walking distance to two local restaurants. Easy to drive to monopoli and surrounding areas. Kids didn’t want to leave!!"

"The property I stayed in, " a sea view apartment", No 11, looked directly over the new larger harbour of Monopoli and was adjacent to the castle tower. . The Xmas and New year decorations were still up and the whole area seemed to be decorated in the "old historic centre". Breakfast was very good. The staff in Reception were very helpful in responding to questions about opportunities and things to do around Monopoli. We stayed in early January and it was an excellent 4 night break. A lot of people promenaded in front of the property but I liked that and it all quietened down nicely around 10.30 - 11.00 pm. A really superb location and the transfer to and from the train station in the old Citroen was fun...as there is no passing traffic in the old historic town...without special permits I presume. A great place to stay with helpful staff and a wonderful apartment."

"This amazing hotel has a great location over looking the white city of ostuni. We had a lovely experience and stay in this outstanding place. Everything about it was perfect: stuff, service, location, rooms, breakfast and lovey rooftop restaurant for a fine cuisine, view and comfort. We loved it and give it 10 out of 10!"

"This property is nothing short of magnificent. From the amazingly appointed and clean rooms to the wonderful and kind and professional staff this hotel is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. The location could not have been better. The breakfast every morning was amazing. I just can't say enough how much we enjoyed our stay at this hotel. We look forward to coming back soon.. "
