"Here's a shorter version of the review: I had a great stay at Days Inn by Wyndham. The staff was friendly, the room was spotless, and the location felt safe. Quiet atmosphere, good amenities, and affordable rates make it a perfect choice for travelers. Highly recommend!"

"First, note that you are not communicating directly with the owner(s) as they use a third party based in the Philippines and that the owner(s) actually live next door, which at first was okay - but then when concerns arose, they pretty much ghosted us. Amenities were important due to the length of our stay. We arrived to a note on the counter that the washing machine and dishwasher were broken, but they would do their best to get them fixed. The washer was fixed the day prior but no attempt was ever made regarding the dishwasher. There were NO window coverings for privacy - a few white sheers, so we hung sheets over the bedroom windows. Their "Fitness Center" is merely a Bowflex machine in a dungy Michigan basement, which was locked and couldn't even be accessed even if we wanted to. BUT - worse was the dirt/lead/rust that was coming out of the primary bathroom faucets. We were told it was due to pipes that froze a month prior but the plumbing was fixed and if we ran the faucets, it should clear up. It never did - which meant we had to use bottled water for everything. Then there were the bugs!! We were informed "after" our arrival that we may see some "Boxelder" bugs. That was an understatement. When we mentioned this she indicated that they live in the walls so its ok. There was only one tv remote and no extras such as games/spices/bowls/etc. Bare minimum at best. They were kind enough to supply firewood. All in all it was gross/unsanitary and we left a week early!"
