"Excellent place to spend time in Santorini . Room and view were just awesome. We had a fantastic stay . Irini , Alex and Andreas were just amazing and accommodated all our needs like daily breakfast and handling our luggage ,booking our activities and transportation . Be ready to walk up and down very steep stairs but is completely worth it ."

"It’s slow season so many things are closed, including the restaurant and other amenities. The hotel is a bit old but well maintained. Mike works at the reception was very friendly and attentive. Any minor issues were corrected immediately. The whole island was very empty which is great to explore. We were lucky to have 2 dry days during this rainy season. It was nice to wake up to the gorgeous caldera view. "

"All the staff was very friendly, helpful and courteous- especially Eleni - the lady at the reception. Very helpful in organizing tours. Great location and easy access to everything. On-site restaurant incase you want to eat dinner at the hotel and watch the great views of sunset. Overall excellent experience! "

"We had a great stay at Nefeli Homes. The room was very nice with its own private balcony. Although we did not use it much because the common area at the top of the hotel was spectacular. You can see even the other side of the island where the beaches are. You see the island itself with the monastery at the top of the mountain. Then you have a full view of the caldera and good view of the sunset. We had breakfast everyday over there. The staff is wonderful. Everyone was happy to see you and ready to help. The location was perfect for us because it is away from the multitudes in Fira and Oia but you can easily go there if you want. We do not know how things change during the high season as we visited at the end of Octuber. I liked this shoulder season because the crowds are smaller and the temperatures are nice to walk. It was a bit cold at night but nothing a light jacket couldn’t solve. Overall we strongly recommend Nefeli Homes and would come back if we visit Santorini again. "

"Lovely hotel, stayed in a finesse suite. Great views of Oia from private pool. Staff absolutely amazing and made our stay extremely personal and nothing too much trouble for them to organise. Breakfast and lunch meals were lovingly produced. Totally enjoyed our stay and couldn’t recommend enough. Especially Zoe who was our designated personal contact. "
