"Initially booked in for one night, changed to two nights. Upgraded to a larger room. The Botanic is unlike other motel rooms. The room had a conduction cooktop as well as an over. TV in the lounge and bedroom. Extremely comfortable bed, linens were thick cotton sheets. Both the lounge and bedroom had ceiling fans, in addition to a split system.in a cupboard in the bathroom was a washer and dryer much to my surprise, heat lamp as well. Management extremely accommodating. Fantastic property...

"This place is nothing to look at from outside, but once the door is opened it’s another world. Magnificently excellent is putting it mildly. My only query is after refurbishing that place so delightfully, why did they squib on the shower recess and the rose when there is so much space still in the bathroom to have put in a decent-sized shower recess. That said, it’s still a great place to stay and well worth the money."

"We were in Warrnambool for a Rotary Conference and the house was very suitable being close to the Lighthouse theatre and the many restaurants in Leibig Street. The house was perfect with two bathrooms and good facilities. It was very clean and the contact with the owner very easy."

"Great location, but the property was not as advertised, bottom level of a two story house, overpriced but, location was excellent. Pots in the kitchen would have been handy, walking into a msg that insects were a problem 🤔 only because the property wasn’t kept up to date, spiders, cockroaches and crickets were issues throughout. No remote for tv, no remote for dvd player (so unusable) Backyard definitely does not look as advertised, bbq unusable. For the price charged, wouldn’t be hard to keep...

"After a lengthy drive we arrived and were keen for a cup of tea. When we opened the fridge we found an opened, small longlife milk. As we couldn't be sure how long it had been there and if it was used by the last visitors, we had to get back in the car and go and get some fresh milk for a cup of tea. I dont think a new milk is a big ask. We also got cold on the first night and there weren't any spare blankets to put on the bed, so we went to the op shop and bought a blanket for the next night"
