"The main thing that made our stay a good experience was the staff, they were doing a good job. and made time to stop and chat. they realy look after the hotel and the guests who come to stay giving a good impression.they explained about the hotels past history that it was founded by the owners who built the cross country railway. "Stayed one night before travelling to the Scilly Isles. The room was clean and comfortable and we slept really well. Only briefly interacted with staff, but she was friendly and helpful. I would think it's a nice place to stay longer and on return to the area I'd definitely rebook. "
