"We stayed at Eurostars Andorra for a few days and noticed that our rental car had a flat tire and no spare in the trunk! The front desk assistant Martina was eager to help us sort things out on a Saturday. She asked the facility manager Nestor whether he knew open garages to fix the tire. She called a few garages to assess whether they could come to help us out. She also called our rental company road assistance to explain the situation and see how long it would take them to come fix the issue. She was also able to greet incoming guests without delaying their check in while handling our issue. Martina was amazing in taking care of us and Nestor was not only extremely helpful but stayed until things were sorted out. This is top notch service that we will never forget."
