"Self-service entry into the building. Entry instructions were comprehensive. Comfy bed but the pillows left something to be desired. Having said that, if you make them too nice, then they can go walkabout. The breakfast was great and set us up for the day."

"Clean comfortable bed. Nice hot shower. Elevator to 3rd floor. Very accommodating staff. However coming back at night is a little disconcerting since everything is dark. "Fantastic host so kind and attentive. Room was very clean and big comfortable bed with great pillows. Bathroom was huge. Lovely gardens. Convenient to local supermarket. Breakfast was more than we could eat with a variety of fruit, pastries, baguette, cheese, yoghurt and jams. Host asked if we would like eggs too! Coffee tea and hot chocolate too!"

"We had a little difficulty in finding the property but Google Maps did the trick ! Once we arrived, the reception by the owner was excellent and the property clean, well-equipped and like new. The views across the valley were suberb and the rooms were spacious and well equipped. In the morning, we were brought breakfast exactly on time and it was comprehensive and more than we could eat. The location is perfect for the last night before catching the ferry from Lehavre or Dieppe or exploring...

"Hotel is miles from Honfleur and on an industrial park. First room offered was on ground floor where window opened onto cars parked outside. So we asked to move. Next room had broken air con so once again we had to ask to move. Third room had broken door lock - we had to be given the key rather than card key. The toilet lid fell off whilst we were there. All three rooms looked basic and rather tired. One small shower towel per person provided. A picture on the walls would be a nice touch. Staff...

"Lovely quirky hotel! We had a nice room with table and chairs so, whilst no food was on offer, we were able to go to the nearby supermarket for supplies, and have a little picnic in the room after a long journey. The bed was comfortable and, despite our initial concerns, there was no noise from the nearby busy roads. The hotel provided an excellent breakfast included in the price. A great stay and excellent value for money!"
