"Lovely hotel. The Viennese cafe is beautiful. The cafe and the bar are really good value for money, not the usual hiked up hotel prices. The corridors have a nice decor and the rooms are nice. I had a great view overlooking the garden and the Gazi Husrev-beg Mosque which was lit up nicely at night. Rooms have an extra bit of security when you go out - you get a standard key lock as well as digital card entry. "

"Honestly it was a nice place to stay, but they can really put some more effort keeping that place clean, to many spider webs and other bugs around and in the lobby, plus some dusting of wouldn't hurt too... "

"The shower was cold water not hot enough to have a comfortable shower. When addressed to the hotel we was told mamangament would be notified and nothing was done about the complaint. Luckily we were only in this hotel for 2 days. When leaving the hotel they didnt seem to care that the water was cold even when it was tested by a member of the staff who agreed. No remurbisment was offered. The breakfast was a sham only very limited food available. I would not recommened this hotel. Stay in the hotel hollywood much better which is literally 5 minutes from this hotel."
