"In November 2023 my wife Samantha and I embarked on a 4 month tour of South America travelling through 5 different countries. We stayed in dozens of hostels, apartments, condominiums, guesthouses and quite simply the Aratinga Inn was the best place by far. Nothing is too much trouble for the fabulous host Rennie. I could go on and on but I’m just going to finish with this, it is no surprise this beautiful space is rated No.1 on this site, thank you Rennie for a perfect few days on that...

"Everything was perfect! Lis and everyone was very friendly and helpful. They treated me like family ❤️ The breakfast was amazing! The views from the rooms and the balconies were amazing even during the rain. The rooms were very clean and tidy. I highly recommend staying there! I will be back many times!! ❤️"

"Staff is great, awesome breakfast - served at the time of request - and also great location for staying near Frade Beach and Village, and also close to the Fasano Hotel - good as a base in case you go for a job in there, which was my case. Also easy access to public transportation to/from Angra dos Reis and the beaches."

"Aluguei essa casa para passar o fim de ano e ao chegar com as compras vimos que a casa esta localizada em frente a um esgoto/canal aberto. A cozinha da casa tinha fezes de ratos e os quartos cheira a mofo, colchoes com acaros e mofo humido, banheiros em estado terrivel. Nao fiquei POIs a casa nao tinha condicoes de ninguem ficar, cheiro insuportavel. O dono da casa ainda nao devolveu o Valor Pago pela locacao e o website nao checou a casa antes de colocar para aluguel no site. NAO ALUGUE...

"The property was nice and spacious. Our room was next to the pool and kitchen where every day at 06.00 the staff would start chatting and shouting, which woke us up. Only three tables around the pool for breakfast, which were "reserved" so we had to eat in our room, which seemed pointless as there was plenty of space for more tables."
