"When I arrived it was difficult to find the office but as a non Korean speaking woman, I had plenty of help from the other holiday makers. It was a very comfortable stay. The rooms are brand new and the technology is outstanding. Twenty five minute walk to the markets and very close to public transport. Very clean. "

"The room does not have floor mats as it is all ceramic so the room is always cold and there is no slipper or chairs furnished to sit on and the bath towel is very small and useless for taking a shower. There is another room with a complete sitting set and floor mats but I was not given that room. When trying to cancel the reservation, the Expedia representative says according to the hotel's approval and the hotel says according to Expedia's regulations and this is considered misleading to the...

"Room booked on Expedia is different from what I was given. Room is nice and clean but the false advertisement is what got me irritated with the service here. 1. They show pictures of the rooftop pool but did not mention the pool is pay to use before booking. 2. "The room by itself was acceptable for that price. Nothing special but good enough to get some rest. But all the shared areas are really dirty. Especially the restroom/shower is in a very bad condition and super dirty (even though it gets cleaned). For half the price it would be acceptable. But it was an experience by itself "

"Pension is on the outskirts of Busan, so quieter & less populated area. The hotel & room were clean and our room had a nice view of the ocean/beach. One negative is that it can get a little loud if there are guests singing karaoke at night. Also appreciate that it is pet-friendly. We tend to travel with our toy pomeranian often. "

"Paradise lives up to its name. A very beautiful hotel/casino within a minutes walk from the nightlife district of Haeundae. The outdoor heated pool and spa were amazing even in-4 degree weather. Staff were super friendly and helpful all spoke English as well. Highly recommend"
