"Beautiful villa with breathtaking view "

"Beautiful little villa high up on the hills outside Grasse. We sat outside on the veranda every evening enjoying the view with our wine and appies after long days sight seeing. Even the friendly felines made us feel welcome. One note, we had a larger suv for 5 adults and the parking getting into the garage was a little tight."

"Ann Marie and Raoul were perfect hosts. We are 5 old guy's that were there to watch the rugby World cup qualifying rounds. The villa is clean, comfortable and has everything you need for a holiday. "This villa is perched high in the hills near a quaint medieval town. The views were spectacular, the home comfortable and spacious, and it was a quick walk to town (which had a number of wonderful restaurants, art galleries, and gelato venues.) The infinity pool was perfect to jump into after a day out site seeing in the French Riviera. Both our host and property manager made everything very easy for us. We had a wonderful family holiday. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!"

"We were a group of 10 adults and 1 child and this Villa had plenty of space for everyone. The facilities were excellent with a sunbed and seating around the tables for everyone. Plenty of cutlery, cooking utensils and crockery. Pool was really refreshing as it was so hot. "This was a truly amazing property- perfect for the entire family, located within everything you would want to visit, and if you are into getting your 10,000 steps a day you will find this property location ideal. If you are not into walking or exercise this might not be for you- but otherwise you could not find a better place in the South of France. We loved it!!!"

"Good location 30 minutes walk to La Napoule restaurants, bars and port. Easy journey by car or train to Cannes, Nice etc. Fantastic garden and pool. Air conditioned bedrooms were great. Supermarket close by."

"Amazing stay. The photos do not do this property justice! Very spacious rooms, amazing balcony with view of the sea and pool. The pool is huge and very much welcome in the heat. Quiet area but very close to local bakers (walking distance) and 5 minutes to supermarket. Close to the lovely beaches of Frejus and Ste Raphael. Excellent communication with Victoria who answered immediately. Nice touch of soap and shampoo in every bathroom and a welcome bottle of wine chilled in the fridge. Every room...

"Excellent location with stunning views. Couldn't ask for more from the villa or Patrick. Above and beyond our expectations. The stay consistented of 4 adults and 2 children. The kitchen has enough room and all the necessities, as we cooked most evenings. Patrick is a fantastic host, who has equipped the house perfectly with everything required.
