"The people were so nice, like family. It is on the 6 floor of an office building and there are 5 steps to the elevator. It is above a Conad supermarket and a half block from the train station. Convenient to walk everywhere in town. The room was large. There was an outdoor patio, as an extension of the breakfast room, with spectacular views of the city. Great value."

"We stayed in the terrace room! Terrific view and peacefulness. The tub is an excellent addition if you want a relaxing or romantic evening. Only con: The elevator will not go all the way up to the terrace. So if you are carrying heavy luggage, this may be an inconvenience! Other than that, the train station is only a 5 minute walk away. Great location to the city center and restaurants!"

"This property is the hidden gem of the Tuscany region and is a must stay for anyone visiting the area. Our room was large enough for 3 adults (loft area with a single bed) and the view from the suite was spectacular. Breakfast was also fantastic (not included but worth the 10 euro per person). This is a family run small hotel with great staff and service. 5 star review!"

"What an amazing surprise! The town had so much history that I even called my daughter and sent her pics to see if we could shoot a video/movie there. The owners were an amazing couple who did everything they could to make us feel welcome. The dining experience was very high end with a menu that would make any foodie truly happy. "This house and adjacent apartment was perfect for a larger group. The rooms are comfortable and well equipped. The property was lovely and has a spectacular pool. A few things to note. The house name is not a location on a map and if you use an app like Google then you must use the name on the wall outside the property. The hot water takes a very long time to get to the upper floor shower and it’s almost impossible to fill a hot bath. That’s to be expected in a house of this age and it’s well...

"This is a very large apartment in a 500 year old well maintained building. It is in the beautiful historic area. Do be aware that this is a VERY hilly area and you will have to walk up and down steep streets everywhere you go. That includes from the parking area. Cars are restricted from the area around the apartment without a permit. "

"Room was cozy, easy access, free parking and very friendly staff. Breakfast was plentiful and coffee was good. We had late night arrival and leafy early. Only thing in negative side was the fetter pillows. First time ever in my hotel night, me being allergic, wish I did have a choice. "

"Amazing place, will come back. Everything you would want from a visit to Tuscany. Warm people, delicious food and amazing ambiance. The rooms were spacious, comfortable and had excellent hot water. Rooms opened up to private courtyard. Restaurant meals were delicious, service was impressive and food portions were great. Thank you for taking good care of our family of 5."
