"When we went to check into the hotel, they couldn’t find our booking. When I showed them the confirmation on Expedia, they said they are no longer part of that platform, therefore my payment and reservation didn’t go thru to them and I had to pay all over again. "From the look of things the staff are experienced at all! The breakfast was nothing to write home about. The choice of cable channels was too bad. An area of strength for them would be security which was impressive. They would always call your room to ask if it was ok for visitor to leave. Hats up for them their but overall I was not too happy with my stay there and not too certain if I would want to stay there again!!!"
