"Excellent apartments in Los Gigantes. A bit dated but very clean. Lovely balcony overseeing the cliffs. Very convenient location for grocery shopping as two supermarkets are within 2 mins distance. The demographics when we stayed was mostly old couples and we were family with young children so that did not fit. It is not a breakfast buffet and if you are vegetarian it is horrible. So basically 0 stars for breakfast. "

"Beautiful property. Very helpful, kind and welcoming staff at the hotel and restaurant. Nice music and show at dinner time. Beautiful pool with easy access (ramp and easy stairs as well) nice architecture. Wonderful stay!!!!"

"Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Ready to soak up some Tenerife sunshine while brushing up on your Spanish? This hotel is the place! The staff are incredibly friendly and even appreciated my enthusiastic attempts to practice Spanish. "Puedes llamarme un taxi?" was met with smiles and a taxi 5 minutes later. The apartments are spacious, with balconies large enough to throw a small party. The bathroom facilities were unexpectedly modern, and the shower was wonderfully powerful. "Perfect location for lots of hiking and running routes. The hotel is clean and has great facilities, pool, gym and onsite laundry for a few euros. Parking is hard to come by although there are places to park on the street, it is pretty busy and we ended up with a scuff on the hire car on the first morning return to the car where someone had obviously tried to park behind us but failed! Food was good but the options are LIMITED! Usually only 2 mains each night one veggie, one not."

"Muy buena ubicación! Las habitaciones son sencillas pero cómodas, no tiene aire acondicionado pero Santa Cruz es fresco por la noche. Tiene ventilador y la nevera funciona perfectamente! Si quieres utilizar la caja fuerte del cuarto, tendrás que hacer un pago por ello, tómelo en cuenta. El baño no tiene la mejor presión de agua pero funciona. Lo mejor de la estadía fue la atención del personal sin duda!"

"Had a great stay here. Staff all extremely friendly and couldnt do enough for us , from the receptionist on arrival, to the cleaners , to the breakfast staff - nothing was too much trouble. Pool cleaned every morning while we breakfasted. Room was more than big enough , with a small balcony and some cooking facilities ( we didnt use ) - Microwave, hob and fridge , So much more than expected for the price. "These beautiful one bedroom apartments have panoramic views of Los Gigantes. They are well furnished with good sized terrace and very comfortable bedrooms and air conditioning in both the open plan kitchen lounge and the bedroom. I will definitely stay here again . "

"Only stayed one night and it was very good value but very dated .Fridge all rusty and that bad the maintenance man brought us a brand new one! Kitchen very small , extractor fan and extractor light not working. Very basic . No wifi in room, small tv although could get some english. Sunbathing on roof very nice , wonderful views"

"A fantastic hotel, aimed very much at adults. Fabulous spa facilities included and many additional treatments available to purchase All members of staff were incredibly attentive and always happy to help Drinks were pricey (eg €8 for a beer) but there are several local bars nearby "

"Great views and the staff were super friendly. Did not experience any queuing issues that others have mentioned. Facilities were clean and surrounding areas were serene and relaxing. Food options are plentiful and there’s something for everyone if you have picky eaters. Had a small issue in the room with the AC (normal wear and tear) but was promptly taken care of. Very happy with everything and would highly recommend. "

"The hotel is set at the back of Puerto de la Cruz, but has good views across the town. There is parking, and at the time of writing, the cost was €10 per night. Although parts of the hotel are a little dated, it is clean, and well run. Staff were very friendly. We had the all inclusive. The food was a good variety of Spanish and International cuisine, and there was plenty of choices. The hotel had plenty of amenities, such as gym, tennis court, table tennis, petanque and pool to name a few. The hotelbhas extensive and well maintained gardens. Every evening there was entertainment each from 9-10.30ish, which was usuallya variety act. There is a free bus into town several times a day. The hotel lobby also has a an excursions booth. The room i had was large and clean with daly housemaid service. I really enjoyed the experience of The Blue Sea Jardin."
