BEAUTIFUL APARTMENT WITH POOL OWN TERRACE & STUNNING VIEWS OF MT TEIDE & SEA

Built on the side of a ravine with amazing uninterrupted views of the coast and Mount Teide, this tranquil setting offers the perfect place for a relaxing holiday. The apartment has its own private garden and terrace with stunning views and has just been completely renovated with a new kitchen which has new saucepans, crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils so you can make yourself completely at home and cook your favourite dishes. The fully tiled bathroom is also new with towels provided, and there is a comfy sofa bed for a 3rd adult or child.
There is a separate terrace which has a natural stone pool, shower and WC. Along side the pool is a wood burning pizza oven, separate barbeque and kitchen where you can relax and share the facilities with other guests. There are beautiful gardens with flowers and fountains, and the apartment overlooks our own vineyard and neighboring banana plantation.

There are 2 other apartments LA FUENTE property 8927243, and Los Cernicolas property 10356681 at the same location so that friends and families can enjoy a holiday and the shared facilities together.

We are a 10 minute walk to shops bars and restaurants and the TF5 where buses can be caught for Puerto, Icod, Garachico, San Marcos, Santa Cruz, Los Cristianos, and Playa de las Américas.

The local attractions include Punta de Juan Centellas at the end of the road where there is a natural pool and the locals fish. San Marcos is 3.8 miles away with its beach and small harbour with bars and restaurants serving locally caught fish. Charco del Viento is 4.3 miles away with it's natural pools for swimming and fishing it's a place of natural beauty. Cueva del Viento has the longest vulcanic lava trunnels in Europe and is a place of scientific interest 8 miles away.

Nice and relaxing
We loved our stay here. We wanted a week to totally switch off and relax so this was perfect. For anyone wanting to do more, a car would be essential.

This is a beautiful property just as described in a quiet area of the island. We really liked it. It is just as described and the communication was prompt and helpful. It was a perfect peaceful base. A car is required for this stay. We advise not clicking on the address as we ended up at another number 18 some 4 miles adrift!! Follow the sings for Lidl and the Hospital. It’s an unusual junction with Lidl on the right Hospital on the left, carry straight on and just before the 60 mph sign there is a right hand turn that takes you to the property. Thank you for a great stay.

A wonderful week in a beautiful place
Linda and Vicente's apartment is an absolute delight. The photographs are very accurate. It is bright, very clean and beautifully furnished with a great eye for detail, quality equipment and very comfortable bed and sofa.The apartment was so welcoming at the end of a long day's travelling with fridge and cupboards well stocked with all the essentials to get started as well as treats of wine ,cheese and fruit.It is wonderfully light with fine views. These get even better from the very private terrace where you can sunbathe and gaze out to sea and across the baranco over the small scale working agricultural landscape of bannanas, grape vines etc.Linda gave us a tour of their land and it was amazing to see how much they have achieved in 5 years transforming essentially neglected wasteland into a thriving and productive "Garden of Eden", I even picked my first ever HUGE avocado! The terraced gardens around the apartment are beautifully planted with a wide range of subtropical plants,there are fountains and mosaics etc and everything is so well kept and clean and tidy .The plunge pool and barbeque area , complete with bread oven, kitchen and loo is fantastic too. We had the place to ourselves as the other 2 apartments were not quite finished but this will be a lovely area to socialise in in future.It was a bit too cool for the pool but we had a great evening around the barbeque watching the twinkling lights of boats at sea. Linda and Vicente were the perfect hosts, friendly, helpful and informative as well as sensitive to and respectful of their guests' privacy. We really enjoyed ourselves and hope very much to return and to continue to explore the lovely landscape of North Tenerife. You deserve every success Linda and Vicente, best wishes, Jill and Ian

A perfect place to relax and unwind
We were met at the airport by Vicente - not the owner, but another Vicente who manages the finca in the owners absence. He doesn't speak much English but we managed to get by with our limited Spanish, his limited English, Google translate and sign language! and a lot of laughter! After about 50 minutes we arrived at the apartment and it was immaculate, spotlessly clean and very comfortable. We were the first guests to stay in it and everything is new. The kitchen has everything you need including a good range of food in the cupboard and a nice welcome hamper. Comfortable furniture and bed with quality bed linen and towels provided. It has its own terrace which is very private and sunny where we had breakfast each morning taking in the wonderful views of the sea and Teide. The pool terrace is amazing with it's barbeque and pizza oven, which Vicente showed us how to use. We had some lovely afternoons chilling by the pool with local wine and using the BBQ in the evening. It's amazing here at night when everything is lit up, and we had clear skies which were filled with stars, the photos really can't do it justice. This place is unique, so different to anywhere else we've stayed. The gardens are beautiful with their fountains, and the mosaics of Mount Teide outside our apartment, and the giant lizard on another terrace. It's quite bohemian and very relaxed, with a feeling of freedom. Vicente was very pleased to show us around the vineyard and fruit trees on the lower terraces and he was always in the background and willing to assist if we needed anything, without being intrusive. We got by without a car, we were only there for 5 days. There is a selection of local restaurants at the top of the road - a very steep climb going, but much easier coming back. There is a good selection of shops at La Mancha a 15 to 20 minute walk with a very good Hyperdino where you can get a good supply of groceries, and we got a cab back. There are buses at the top of the road that go to all the main towns and places of interest, so you don't need a car, but if you like to explore a car would be a good idea. We can't wait to return, but for 2 weeks next time so we have more time to explore the local places of interest, and hopefully one of the other 2 apartments will be ready so we can bring our friends with us.

Very comfortable stay, owners were very helpful. Lovely view from the property, very clean and inviting. Only snag - the satnav on the car hire took us up the mountain to a dead end!

Absolutely Lovely!
I'm not sure which was more lovely... the charming and fully equipped apartment itself... the idyllic vineyard setting with the ocean view and ocean breeze... or the hosts who make it all so welcoming, friendly, and memorable. Contrary to a previous review, I found this to be an excellent location without a car. There's one steep hill, but then you have super easy access to an excellent Tenerife public transportation system that can get you anywhere you could want or need to go. . Easy peasy! All in all, this review could be one word long. Paradise!

Prachtig verzorgd
Het is een fijne rustige plek om te zijn. De appartementen liggen aan de oostkant van een helling. Daardoor heb je meteen de ochtendzon. Op het ruime terras kijk je noordelijk naar de zee en zuidelijk naar de beboste bergen en de Teide. Beneden zijn kleine wijngaarden en bananenplantages. Het appartement is netjes verzorgd en heeft een ruime badkamer. De keuken is goed uitgerust en je kan er makkelijk iets koken. De appartementen liggen aan een, voor nederlandse begrippen, steile weg. Je kan naar beneden lopen naar de kust, voor mooie uitzichten en een wilde branding. Je kan er niet zwemmen. Het is wel van belang dat je een auto hebt, je loopt niet even naar de stad vanuit daar. Lidl is dichtbij. De noord west kust is ons goed bevallen met een aantal authentieke stadjes. De eigenaren zijn hartelijk en behulpzaam. Een echte aanrader.

Oase der Ruhe
Perfekte Lage abseits der Touristenströme mit Meer- und Teide-Blick inmitten von Bananen-, Gemüse- und Weinfeldern. Große eigene Terrasse vor dem Appartment. Haus mit 2 Appartments mehrstöckig in einen Steilhang gebaut mit einem tollen in Terrassen angelegten Garten mit unzähligen subtropischen Pflanzenarten. Zu hören sind nur ab und zu ein Hahn, manchmal weit entfernt ein Hund oder Rufe von Turmfalken. Das Appartment war sehr sehr sauber und gepflegt. Gemeinschaftlich für alle 3 Appartments, eines ist am Grundstücksrand in einem eigenen Gebäude, und die Eigentümer gibt es auf der untersten (zugänglichen) Ebene im Hang Grillplatz und Outdoor-Bar sowie ein kleines Becken zum Abkühlen an heißen Tagen. Sehr unkomplizierte Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern.

Eine Ferienwohnung, die man nicht so oft findet
Wir haben eine sorgfältig gereinigte und aufgeräumte Ferienwohnung vorgefunden. Sie ist wunderschön gelegen und bietet einen unschlagbaren Ausblick auf den Atlantik. Die Ausstattung lässt kaum etwas zu wünschen übrig. Wenn man will, kann man sogar Wäsche mit der Maschine waschen und bügeln. Das Fehlen von SAT Empfang, wie von anderen Mietern kritisiert, kann man auch positiv sehen. Vielleicht gibt die TV Abstinenz jenen, die meinen, auf Günther Jauch nicht verzichten zu können, endlich mal die Chance, das erste Buch ihres Lebens zu lesen. Im übrigen kann man dank hervorragendem Internetempfang alle Infos bekommen, die man braucht. Wir haben die Vermieter nicht kennengelernt, auf dem Anwesen arbeitet aber ein freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Mann, der den leeren Tank unseres Leihwagens umgehend mit Benzin versorgte. Für uns wichtig war die ausreichende Verfügbarkeit von Handtüchern und Bettwäsche. Auch hier wurden wir nicht enttäuscht. Die Infrastruktur der näheren Umgebung bietet sehr gute Möglichkeiten für die Eigenversorgung. Vielleicht gibt es beim nächsten Mal eine etwas größere Bratpfanne, damit man die leckeren frisch geschnittenen Seewolffilets besser braten kann.

schöne neu ausgebaute Studios aber
Man mietet hier ein neu ausgebautes Studio (d.h. ein Raum mit Kochnische + durch Türe abgetrenntes Bad) in einer Finca. Es werden in der gleichen Finca 2 weitere Unterkünfte vermietet. Positiv: - wirklich neu und gut ausgebaut, insbesondere das Bad. Ich hatte noch nie auf den Kanaren so guten Wasserdruck und so warmes Wasser - sehr schnelles Internet - super schöner Garten mit wirklich schöner Aussicht - frisches Obst und Gemüse von der Finca - netter Vor-Ort Kontakt (nur spanisch) Negativ: - reine Nord-Ost Ausrichtung deshalb ab 13.30 keine Sonne mehr und kalt. Da dann auch noch der Wind immer von Osten kam war die Nutzung der Terrassen nicht möglich. (deshalb würden wir uns da nur noch im absoluten Hochsommer wieder einmieten). - ein Tag war das elektr. Tor defekt (wir waren somit bis zum späten Nachmittag quasi eingesperrt). Darüber wurden wir nicht vom Vermieter sondern von den anderen Mietern informiert. Wäre das der Rückflugtag gewesen hätten wir den Flieger verpasst. Bei med. Notfall wäre da auch kein Arzt reingekommen. Techn. Defekte können passieren aber müssen kommuniziert werden (weshalb wir das nicht wieder mieten werden) - wenn beide anderen Unterkünfte vermietet sind muss man Rückwärts durch die Autos der anderen Mieter fahren (links und rechts kaum Platz und das bei einer Steigung von mehr als 10%) und dann noch rückwärts auf die enge Straße die nicht einsichtig ist - der Warmwasserbehälter ist im gleichen Raum wie das Bett und der macht rund um die Uhr laute Geräusche - TV nur spanisch (kein Satelliten TV) - Sonntag Morgen gabs immer Hubschrauberübungen des Rettungsdiensts in der Bucht (auch sehr laut)

Tolle Wohnung!
Die Wohnung ist perfekt ausgestattet, sie ist liebevoll und praktisch eingerichtet, sauber und alles in bestem Zustand; die Terrassen sind ebenfalls sehr schön. Wir haben uns sehr willkommen gefühlt, bei Ankunft war eine Flasche Rotwein und ein großer Korb mit leckerem Obst bereit gestellt. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern war freundlich - wir können die Wohnung nur empfehlen!

Eine wunderbare Ferienwohnung
Die Bilder können es nicht zeigen, denn es ist noch viel schöner. Das Parken ist nicht so einfach, aber mann gewöhnt sich daran. Die Vermieter, oder deren Verwalter sind sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Immer frisches Obst. Die Lage ist auch sehr schön. Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Uhrlaub.
