"The apartments are spotlessly clean. The support team of both cleaners and maintenance men on site and the call centre are fantastic. The security of the car park and building itself are outstanding. The electrical appliances (fridge, dishwasher, hob, washing machine, dishwasher etc etc) are all brand new and premium/ recognised brands.. SMEG, Hotpoint etc... But the apartments are just missing a few home comforts. Higher standard of cutlery and knives. Mirror in the lounge or bedroom. ...

Bedroom sizes were accurate and heating was great.Only negative is there is no dishwasher and most of the plates, glasses and cutlery were not clean when we arrived so I had to hand wash everything prior to using it.Elisa was very easy to communicate with and helped with any questions we had."

"Well appointed, cosy apartment in London Colney. I stayed on my own, which was fine, however with two people it would have been a bit too cosy! I noted there was a shared kitchen facility although I had no need to use this. I had a few small niggles with the apartment (e.g. no nightstands, no bedside light, ill-fitting toilet seat, no terrestrial tv) however these were minor and overall I enjoyed staying here. Also reasonably good value for money, given the price of hotels in the area."
