From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the 5-star service and exceptional attention to detail. The cleanliness throughout the hotel was beyond our expectations, and we were particularly struck by the warmth and professionalism of your staff. A special thank you goes to Gulаndam, who made our visit to the hotel even more special and welcoming. She was not only hardworking and attentive, but also gave us a wonderful tour of the spa area. We noticed her cleaning the locker rooms, gym, and sauna areas multiple times, which made us feel very comfortable and reassured by the high level of cleanliness. The level of service, cleanliness, and professionalism exceeded my expectations. The staff were incredibly polite and accommodating, always ensuring that I was comfortable and satisfied throughout my stay. ‏The restaurant service was equally impressive—every meal was delicious, fresh, and prepared to perfection. I found myself ordering from their menu daily because the quality was consistently excellent. ‏I would like to extend my special thanks to Mr. Cihan and Mr. Barış for their exceptional hospitality. "I always stay in Centro Rotana hotel in istanbul with its wonderful location as i always have a rental car with their unde ground parking but if you dont have a car hotel car provide shuttle with very reasonable prices. Perfect view from the room on Mall of Istanbul. Room are quite and clean and staff is very friendly. I highly recommend this hotel for tourism and business. "

Good hotel but remember it's an old hotel.

"Good facilities however the hotel is old. So don't expect new 5 star. The decor and wear and tear definitely shows. Also the noise travels quickly. Staff here are excellent and friendly. Quick to help. The staff here make up for the building being old and worn out. Bathrooms need a refurbishment or at least a new mastic seal all round. "
