The house is ideally situated, first line in front of the sea, perched on a rock cliff, in the old fisherman's quarter of Ibiza Town “La Marina”. With its privileged location the property provides stunning views to the sea and Formentera, spectacular views to “Dalt Vila” (the old walled town) -which has been declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO- and the Cathedral.
This property has a pretty impressive 360 panorama view from the roof terrace.
The terrace is huge and ideal for sunbathing / star gazing in total privacy….

Incredible views and a very clean home. We loved our time here and didn’t want to leave! Just be aware that it’s on a pedestrian street and a few minute walk from the road if you have a lot of bags

The most amazing stay!

Fantastic house in Old Town Ibiza
We absolutely loved our brief stay - perfect location near the end of the port, quiet and peaceful with fantastic views, but walkable to everything in old town. House is beautifully renovated and maintained, with all the necessary conveniences, including great kitchen appliances, and wonderful outdoor lounging spaces. Lots of stairs, as others have noted, but for us that only added to the charm. Hosts were also very responsive and helpful. We fell madly in love with this place and hope to go back again when we can stay for longer! Highly recommend.

Amazing house
The house is perfectly located in Ibiza town. Shops, restaurants and bars are close by. The house offers everything you need, a fantastic few from the rooftop terrace, very clean and looks like on the pictures. Nana and Jo are fantastic hosts, always available for questions very accomondating. Easy Check-in and Check-out. We had a fantastic stay on the island and in this house it was amazing!! Thanks a lot!

Gorgeous home
The pictures really don’t do the house justice especially the views from the living room over the sea which are breathtaking. A great vantage point to take in the old town but also really easy to navigate around Ibiza Town on foot. The three bedrooms are comfortable and on separate floors so our party were all well catered for with plenty of space and bathrooms. There are a lot of stairs to navigate up to the property and once inside but don’t let that put you off staying in this stunning home.

Breathtaking Views
Wow! What a place. Everything about the property was perfect. You won't be disappointed if you book this place for your vacation. The only negative is getting your luggage to the property could be a challenge, if you have heavy bags be ready to climb a few stairs. But please don't let that put you off because its worth the climb I promise! The views are amazing. We didn't want to leave. Thank you Nana and Jo

Old Town Apartment with Stunning Rooftop Terrace
This is a very well appointed and spacious apartment in the Old Town - with great amenities/well equipped. It has a stunning roof top terrace with views over the water. The location is right in the port, so everything in the Old Town is on your doorstep. It is also an easy walk (35/40 mins) over to Talamanca Bay and the beach, where there are lots of nice bars and restaurants. You can catch a taxi from the two taxi ranks located nearby (5 min walk) and the ferry service to the other islands leaves from a terminal just a few minutes away. The hosts are very helpful and responsive. We had a great stay. Thanks Nana and Jo 😊

Great place and the owners were great too. Very prompt. Only issue I had was with VRBO charging service charge for full 5 days, when the booking was adjusted to 3 days within the cancellation period. The owners returned their portion of the rent but VRBO didn’t return the service charge for 2 reduced days though it was well within the 100 percent return date. The owners and property, I insist are great!

Great stay
The house was a beautiful town house, all white interior and great finishing. The bathrooms are well set out and the shower downstairs was incredible. The house has very steep spiral stairs so we had to be careful when walking down, unfortunately one person fell and bruised herself. It sits nicely at the end of the port which makes it quiet and peaceful but it’s a bit of a walk on cobbled streets and stairs. If I would have known that before I would have packed much lighter. Nana and Jo were perfect hosts and we could not have wished for better response rate when asking about various issues. There’s also a safe in every bedroom which was great so we could keep our valuables safe and secure. I would thoroughly recommend this house.

Weekend in Ibiza
A wonderful property that is in a prime position. Overlooks the ocean and close to a great selection of bars and restaurants. The whole house is amazing and the roof terrace especially is phenomenal. Would happily stay again!!

The most AMAZING apartment!
I cannot describe the beauty of this apartment, you really have to see it to believe the views. It really does have that WOW factor! Bedrooms are good sizes, 2x en-suite bathrooms and 1x separate bathroom which worked perfectly for us. Right at the end of the old town strip, within a 1 minute walk to bars/restaurants but very quiet at the same time. Nana & Jo were very quick to respond and were really kind and helpful! When we come back to Ibiza we will definitely be staying here again!! Thank you :)

Splendide maison,avec une vue dans le salon et rooftop exceptionnelle,qui se trouve à proximité de tout . Nous avons passé un agréable séjour. Toutefois attention, il y a pas mal d'escaliers , ne venir qu'avec des valises cabines car pour acheminer les valises soutes c'est sportif!

Stunning views and amazing location
We booked this villa for a family birthday celebration. It was perfect for access to the many bars and restaurants in old Ibiza town and the harbour and close enough to be able to get a taxi to the clubs. However stepping off the old cobbled streets into the house was like walking into a calm cool oasis The roof top terrace was great to chill and watch the boats go by while reclining on a comfy lounger. The house is very well appointed with air conditioning in all the rooms. The views from the lounge through the 6 arch windows were stunning. Great communication from the owners. Would highly recommend.
