"This place can hardly be called a hotel, it’s more of a hostel with individual rooms but shared bathrooms. The room was quite dirty with dust and hair on the floor. The condition of the bathrooms was similar (see photos). "

"Wanted to visit santa barbra castell, and a few other places, Mushroom street, 5 guys, posteget Beach. Room was on Location, stayed for 4 days, trouble free. Very Well kept place, I was polite and respectful of others, as everyone was to me. Great for solo travelers."

"Traveling several hours, arrived at 18.30 was told couldn’t order a drink until restaurant opened at 20.30 remote location so bars/cafes limited to find, staff abrupt, we don’t expect the staff to speak English but body language said it all, was told no tables available to eat outside in large eating area, we were first to restaurant no tables occupied at the time, we were very hungry, would not recommend if your not Spanish, really dissatisfied !!!!!!!!"

"Turned up to check in, after already telling them my check in time. The hotel was closed and wouldn't let us in. Leaving 2 women on there own with no where to stay. Have refused to give us a refund and were aggressive and rude the next day. I have heard lots of bad reports from locals about them now too."

"We absolutely loved our stay at Dormio. Lovely location and great sized apartments, suitable for all ages and families. We had a problem checking in and this took over 2 hours for us to receive a code to access our apartment. I just think it would be ideal for there to be a member of the team from Dormio to be on reception until at least midnight. Due to the size of the property. Everything else was perfect.
